SHILL Token Lockup: Amount & Period
Following the recent public sale of SHILL, we would like to explain further about our token lockup under allocations of Community Treasury, Play-and-earn, Team, Private and Seed Vesting, and Staking, Protocol Development, and Marketing on Binance Smart Chain and Solana Blockchain. At the moment of writing, we are locking 94.3% of the total supply of 1,000,000,000 SHILL, and the circulating supply amount is 82,249,950.

1. Community Treasury
There are 50,000,000 tokens locked for our wallet of Community Treasury, making it 5% of the total supply.
With Community Treasury, Project SEED seeks to create a base value for SHILL. We include DAO Governance Voting in the use of Community Treasury, meaning it will be governed by SHILL holders and also influence SHILL market cap.
2. Play-and-earn
250,000,000 SHILL or 5% of total supply allocated for play-and-earn is locked for 1250 days during the game launch and controlled by our team.
Our play-and-earn model is run by SHILL token, and users will need to have, hold, and stake SHILL to receive exclusive benefits from the Project SEED ecosystem. They will also be able to earn it by our Proof-of-Play mechanism in the game.
3. Team
The amount of tokens locked for team allocation is 73,000,000, accounting for 7.3% of the total supply. The vesting period is 2000 days from game launch and the lockup is also owned by the team.
4. Private and Seed Vesting
There are 224,750,000 tokens locked for private and seed vesting, which is around 24% of the total supply.
5. Staking, Protocol Development, and Marketing on BSC
317,024,606 tokens are locked in our allocation of Staking, Protocol Development, and Marketing wallet on BSC, accounting for around 31.7% of the total supply.
6. Staking, Protocol Development, and Marketing on Solana
For wallet on Solana, there are 2,975,444 tokens — 1.30% locked to help us roll out critical structures in staking programs, developing protocol, and marketing activities.

Some tokens that have been unlocked based on token allocation terms do not mean that they are sold directly to the market, unlocked tokens will be used according to their needs, namely Protocol Development, Staking Rewards, Marketing. This was done to develop Project SEED.
