An Introduction to Project SEED Metaverse and 3 Pillars Defining Our Concept
Project SEED is implementing the concept of metaverse to mobile gaming to shift its landscape through a connection between reality and game. Three pillars in our definition of metaverse are economy, society, and governance, expecting to build a world where no other mobile gaming platforms have created before. Metaverse technology is still in the incubating stage, and Project SEED aims to have an ecosystem that’s paving the way for this innovative concept.
Economy
Today a great number of people have chosen play-and-earn (P2E) games as part of their time to earn money during free time. In fact, it is reported that P2E enthusiasts in several countries do this to fully compensate for their living wage. This is purely for a profiting purpose, eliminating the “metaverse” factor.
Project SEED wants our players to immerse themselves in the real gaming experience. Our economic model is built to enable users to earn and spend at the same time within the gaming world. It goes beyond playing the game and cashing out. To do this, we integrate games with economics through our ecosystem and game tokens, starting with SHILL and O2 tokens. By leveraging the capability of SHILL and O2, we can maximize the utility in our DeFi activities. Their use cases are extremely diverse, ranging from staking rewards to enhancing in-game experiences. Unlike other games, especially traditional gaming where developers take all the profits, Project SEED users will keep what they earn.
Society
Let’s dive into the regular definition of “society” — a large group of people who live together in an organized way, making decisions about how to do things and sharing the work that needs to be done. All the people in a country, or in several similar countries, can be referred to as a society. This is what Project SEED is heading for in creating the society pillar in our metaverse.

We are building Project SEED based on community needs and decisions, an approach that is beneficial to the players and community itself.
Governance
Running a transcendent metaverse relies heavily on a suitable system of governance. This plays a vital role as people might not want to follow the rules and compromise the bigger picture of our community and project vision. Project SEED is using DAO as our ecosystem model is not similar to the reality where only a limited number of people can be the decision-makers. We want to bring people and players to become part of our metaverse system using DAO. Almost every user can become a Proposer, and everybody can be the Voter to build a better Project SEED Ecosystem.
We also implement the GameFi governance model in our Future Esport program, which is a fusion between metaverse and esport. This opens up a potentially huge landscape that benefits the esport teams, communities, games, and other participating platforms.
